Post-Conviction Relief Motions

Mr. Camareno previously worked as a law clerk for the Hillsborough criminal judges doing research and assisting in the responses of defendant's appeals and Motions for Post-Conviction Relief.

As a judicial law clerk, he spent two years researching and studying case law surrounding Motions for Post-Conviction Relief.  Later, as a state and federal prosecutor he spent ten years defending against these motions. 

 
He has now taken that experience and has drafted scores of appeals and Motions for Post-Conviction relief (3.850's). He has also drafted federal appeals and federal motions for post-convictions relief (2255's).

He carefully studies trial transcripts and interviews his clients in order to identify issues that are worthy of litigating in a motion.

He has also argued many of those motions for post-conviction relief at evidentiary hearings.
