Juvenile Crimes

As a former prosecutor for the Hillsborough State Attorney's Office he was the Lead Trial Attorney and supervising attorney for the criminal Juvenile Division. He was responsible for prosecuting thousands of juvenile crimes, such as sexual battery, robbery and the various gang-related offenses.

He has now taken that valuable experience to aggressively defend those young people accused of those same serious crimes.

The juvenile system is vastly different from the adult system in that there are different rules of criminal procedure that govern the courts. Mr. Camareno's extensive experience with the juvenile rules of procedure allow him to adequately and agggressively defend his juvenile clients. For example, he has the knowledge of what the requirements are that the Court must find in order to detain a juvenile and he is aware the steps one can take to successfuly release his juvenile clients back to their parents.
