Appeals

Mr. Camareno has drafted scores of State and Federal appeals.  He has been asked to draft appeals for people throughout the State of Florida and for the many District Courts of Appeals in this State.  He has also filed Writs of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.  Because of his extensive trial skills he is quick to recognize appealable issues.  He is well-versed in current state of laws and uses that knowledge to draft appellate briefs.

In addition to being a Board Certified Trial lawyer he is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and before the United States Supreme Court.         

Very few appellate lawyers have had the privilege of participating in oral arguments before the ELEVENTH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS in ATLANTA, GEORGIA but Mr. Camareno has done so on TWO occasions.
