During his time as a prosecutor in Pinellas/Pasco, Mr. Camareno was the Designated Domestic Violence Prosecutor handling thousands of criminal and domestic violence injunction cases.

He has taken that experience and has rigorously defended hundreds of cases.

He has over 16 years of criminal trial experience that includes defending his clients against the imposition of domestic violence injunctions. He has also defended scores of clients who have been accused of violating court-ordered restraining orders.

In addition, he has also aggressively defended his clients against charges of domestic battery. Many of these charges have been allegations of misdemeamor battery offenses as well as felony offenses.
